Does my business need to be a certain size for me to join? |

No, we intentionally do not impose minimum revenue or employee requirements. We personally interview each prospective member and determine which group is the best fit for the member and the group. This has little to do with the size of the business, but rather with her background, experience and degree of openness and trust. |

How is EWF International different from "tips clubs" and other networking groups? |
|
Tips clubs and networking groups are great for generating leads. Our purpose is to provide a learning environment where women business owners can discuss strategy, long-term plans and problem solving. Though many forum members gain business through their Forum relationships, we see that as icing on the cake. |

How is EWF International different from professional associations? |
|
You cannot candidly discuss your business decisions and challenges at an association meeting. And because we are not a non-profit organization, our Forum members will never be asked to serve in a volunteer role, to chair a committee or raise money - they like that! |

How long do women remain members? |

We are pleased to say that our retention rate from year to year averages 80%. The average length of membership is approximately 3.5 years. |

Why are there only twelve members per group? |

The groups are deliberately kept small so we can address the members' issues in depth and from a personal perspective, not just from a theoretical or business concept. |

Why is the monthly meeting so long? |

A longer meeting time is the only way to achieve the depth and substance we offer. Our members discuss their real-life business concerns, opportunities and challenges. These complex issues don't lend themselves to simplistic decisions that can be reached over a breakfast meeting. |
