Mary Tucker is an EWF International facilitator, life coach and owner of Cultivate Your Life, LLC.

Mary’s authentic passion for living an inspired and productive life has shaped her coaching practice. She is a champion for success, team communication and conscious leadership. Mary is passionate about what is possible for executives and professionals who want more for their companies, their executive management teams and for themselves. Mary teaches executives and professionals how to create true wealth for themselves and their companies without losing themselves in the process.

Mary founded Cultivate Your Life, LLC and Cultivate Your Leaders, LLC to teach professionals, executives and executive management teams how to expose and execute their natural talents for the benefit of the team and themselves.

A member of the ICF, Mary has been a member and leader of executive teams throughout her newspaper career, which spanned over 20 years. She has direct and extensive experience in the challenges facing mid and upper management having managed a multi-million dollar business line through record growth.  She has experience in leading a multi-level management hierarchy through re-organizations, restarts and record breaking performance. She assists both national and international management clients in building high performance teams by identifying individual and group barriers to effectiveness and developing and executing programs to correct the problem.

Mary is a graduate of the University of Oklahoma where she studied Letters and the Humanities, and received her coaching certification from John F. Kennedy University in San Diego, California.  She currently serves as the official coach for EWF International, a nationally franchised peer advisory group for female business owners. She is certified as an Occupational Evaluation Analyst and is a frequent contributor to internet publications, business publications and presenter on the merits and “how-to” of conscious leadership and other strategies to manage and lead from a place of emotional maturity.
